Ricks Blue Gin not only has a good taste but also has a special gift; it changes color. His intense blue color is very striking of himself. A color that he owes to the kittelbloem. A blue flower with a white-toothed yellow spot in the middle of South East Asia where it is used to color rice or pastry. After adding tonic, his blue color changes to pink. This gin is fruity in taste with notes of strawberries, raspberries, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon and ginger. Delicious with garnishing a thick slice of orange.
